Matterport 3D tours
A walkable 3D model with floor plan and dollhouse view. I capture with a 360° camera and build the tour with the Matterport software, without LiDAR.
360° tours without subscription
High-resolution panoramas that run on your own website and in Google Maps Street View, with no platform fees.
Whitelabel viewer
The viewer in your brand: your logo, your colours, a gallery and a contact button. Popular with real estate agents and agencies.
Digital twin
A walkable, dated visual record of buildings and sites: condition, construction progress, inventory. It documents what is there and is not a sensor or BIM platform.

The Google Business Profile is the box that appears when someone searches for your business on Google or Google Maps, with opening hours, reviews and photos. I am a Google Street View Trusted photographer.

From enquiry to finished tour in four steps
Enquiry
You send object, size and preferred date. I get back to you with an offer as soon as possible.
Capture
I come to you and shoot everything myself. You only need tidy rooms and open doors.
Editing
I build the tour, add info points and, if you like, your branding.
Delivery
You get a link and embed code, optionally Google Street View. Usually 2 to 4 working days after the shoot.

What does a virtual tour cost?
One-off prices for the shoot and editing, all net. Each additional shot in a 360° tour costs €19.

All prices are net, plus statutory VAT, and include full usage rights. Travel costs are quoted separately based on effort. Special terms are available for non-profits, clubs and agents with regularly new listings.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Matterport and a 360° tour without subscription?
Matterport creates a 3D model with floor plan and dollhouse view and runs on the Matterport platform. A 360° tour runs without subscription on your own website or hosted by me, optionally in a whitelabel viewer with your branding.
How long does the shoot take?
On location it takes 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the number of panoramas, longer for larger sites. I deliver the finished tour within 2 to 4 working days. You get a preview on the spot.
Can I show the tour on my website and in Google Maps?
Yes. You get a ready-made embed code for your website. On request I also publish the tour on Google Street View and in your Google Business Profile.
What happens in bad weather?
In rain, snow or strong wind outdoor shots are often not possible. The indoor shots happen anyway, and we add the outdoor shots in better weather and extend the tour. This does not work for Matterport tours, which are captured in one go.
Can single rooms be added or updated later?
Yes. Missing rooms can be added, and single rooms can be updated later, for example after a renovation or for a new season. You do not have to reshoot everything. This does not apply to Matterport tours, which are captured in one go.
Where do you work?
I am based in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and shoot in Upper Bavaria, the Allgäu, Tyrol and across Germany. If travel costs are covered I also work abroad and have captured 360° imagery in Kyrgyzstan, the USA, Japan and Tanzania.
